Sunday was a whole lot of love in action!

Huge mahalo to everyone who helped assemble hundreds of food packets for the houseless community through River of Life’s Grace-2-Go outreach program. Many, many thanks also to those who chose to sponsor a child through Compassion.

Now that Kionaole Road is open, we hope to see you on campus this Sunday Aug 23!

We’ve extended Compassion Sunday, so we hope you’ll stop by the main Lobby, look through sponsorship packets, and consider sponsoring a child. When you do, you’ll be helping provide them with practical care, encouragement, opportunities to grow, and the hope of Jesus.

🚧 KIONAOLE ROAD IS OPEN! 🙌

After months of detours, prayers, construction updates, and getting very familiar with the drive through Hoʻomaluhia Garden, we have a road again! 😄

It’s a temporary access road while work continues, but we are so grateful to God for this big step forward! Also grateful for all the crews who have been working hard to make it happen.

So this Sunday: No Hoʻomaluhia detour needed. You can take Kionaole Road to Koʻolau for worship! 🎉

SAKO is taking a storm break tomorrow, Aug 16th. 🌧️😅

With the Koʻolau campus closed due to Tropical Storm Lala, all SAKO (Sundays at Ko’olau) classes are postponed for one week.

We don’t know exactly what Lala will bring. Maybe a lot of rain, maybe not much at all, but we’d rather play it safe. So stay home, stay dry. And let’s keep praying that the storm weakens.

SAKO will be back next Sunday! 💚

Worship, good convos, full plates, and people of all ages doing life together.

Because church isn’t only what happens during the service. It’s also lingering afterward and sharing a meal (or desserts!) because there’s room for everyone at First Prez.
