To every parent and family who has experienced pregnancy or infant loss: your baby matters, your love matters, and your grief deserves compassion.

Whether you’ve shared your story or carry it quietly, you do not have to explain your loss to deserve support. There is room for your tears, your questions, your memories, and your silence.

If you need support, reaching out to a trusted person, grief counselor, or pregnancy and infant loss support group is a step you deserve to take. Faith and seeking help can walk together.

For those walking alongside someone grieving: listen without trying to fix the pain. Remember important dates. Offer a meal, a thoughtful message, or your presence—and keep showing up.

Every life remembered. Every family supported. You are not alone.

All month, we’ve been reminded that behind every ribbon is a person, a family, and a story that matters.

We’ve made room for honest conversations about bullying, mental health, breast cancer, domestic violence, and pregnancy and infant loss. We’ve listened, learned, and reminded one another: You are seen. You are not alone.

Now, let’s bring it all together.

Join Mt. Zion for Pick a Fight Sunday, October 25. We’re standing against fear, shame, silence, isolation, and hopelessness—with faith, compassion, and action.
