Join us on Wednesday night (September 9th) at 5:30PM for supper. Then we'll have a time of devotions before splitting into two groups. One group will go to Joice to hand out invitations for the upcoming community BBQ on the 20th. The other group will stay at church and pray for each room in the building and the upcoming fall ministries.

Meet Your Missionaries: Todd & Leah Waldie

Greetings from the Waldie family! We began our work as LBIM missionaries in August 2025, being called to serve as the next administrators of the Welcome Center in N'Djamena, Chad. We moved to Albertville France at the end of December 2025 and have been attending a French language school for the past 6 months. We will continue with language learning in France at least through the end of the year, and possibly into next year.

Please pray for patience and progress in our language learning, a smooth adjustment for all of us as our daughter heads back to the U.S. at the end of August to complete her senior year of high school in our hometown, and a solution to the reciprocal visa ban between Chad and the U.S. so that we will be able to move to Chad to begin our duties at the Welcome Center.

Join us on Sunday as we worship together at 9AM (looking at Matthew 16:21-28) and then go out to Pilot K**b State Park for a Sunday school picnic following the worship service.

Summer is a busy time at camp. But there is a lot going on all year round with many opportunities to be part of something. A number of our junior high and senior high students are going to a fall retreat in October. There's a women's retreat the end of September. And much much more.
