Our Church Book Club had two wonderful gatherings last Thursday and Friday with a total of 28 readers joining the discussion of Woman of God by James Patterson and Maxine Paetro. The conversations were thoughtful, lively, and engaging — with ratings averaging mostly 3’s and 4’s depending on which table you sat at! 📚

To tie in with the setting of Rome and Vatican City, we met at Rosalia’s Italian Restaurant and Pizzeria, which made the evenings even more special. 🍝🇮🇹

We’ll be taking June and July off for summer break, but we’re already looking forward to reconvening in August when we’ll discuss Theo of Golden.

Plus, everyone is invited to a special Focus Group session at 6:15pm in Room 852 as we continue shaping our communal identity together. Your voice matters, and all are welcome to attend!

🍰 This will also be our final dessert fundraiser of the season, with proceeds going toward St. Johns ASSIST, helping unhoused high school seniors with graduation expenses.

Come enjoy a great meal, meaningful conversation, and one more Wednesday night together before summer begins!

Join us for Wednesday Night Dinner tomorrow (4/22) at church from 5:15–6:30 PM!

The adult meal will be a delicious Loaded Baked Potato, and the kids meal will be Pigs in a Blanket—something for everyone to enjoy. It’s a great chance to share a meal, connect with others, and spend time together before our evening classes.
