We're so glad you stopped by to find out a little more about Fathom. We look forward to connecting with you in person but for now...let us tell you a little about our story. Our story is really is about your story and how God's story includes both of us. Our heart is to share the depths of God's love through graceful living and authentic community. We hope we get the privilege to be a part of your journey. For those of you who genuinely want to know God and truth but have found yourself jaded by the concept, programs, judgment and tradition of the church, this is a safe place. The truth is, most of us have had pretty bumpy journey's over the years so our desire is to pursue God together as a bibilical Christian community in a modern context.

Is God useful to you, or is He beautiful to you? 🤍

Tim Keller pointed out that some things are useful and some things are beautiful. When Jesus is only useful, our prayers sound like “Hey, can You do this for me?” But when we’re captivated by the cross and by His love, our view of Him gets bigger. That changes how we see everything else, too.

Wisdom starts with getting lost in how great God is.

Forgiveness isn’t one button you press. It’s a journey, and most of us get stuck somewhere along the way. 🎮

Swipe through the 7 levels 👉

Level 1: I have to forgive you
Level 2: I forgive you, but I want God to get you
Level 3: I forgive you, but get away from me
Level 4: I forgive you, but I speak the truth in love
Level 5: I truly forgive you and release you
Level 6: I want restoration and healing
Level 7: Restoration becomes a testimony

Peter asked Jesus how many times he should forgive. Jesus said seventy times seven (Matthew 18:21–22). Forgiveness is a level you keep choosing to play.

So be honest: which level are you on right now?

Even Jesus didn’t get through this life without being offended!

We remember His perfection so much that we sometimes forget His humanity.

He knew loneliness.
He knew offense.
And He said it Himself: offense will come (Luke 17:1).

The question isn’t whether you’ll be offended...it’s what you’ll do with it.

IYKYK. 😎🫘

We started this series with caveman talk, and now we’ve made it to bean dip. 😂

But just like a good dip has layers, so does becoming more like Christ in community: proximity, chemistry, intentionality, vulnerability, and mutuality.

Turns out, growing together goes a little deeper than “lonely bad, friend good.”

Now we get to practice “Be Friend.”

We can’t wait for next Sunday, Fathom Fam!

Did you say “I’m fine” to someone today when you actually weren’t?

We get it. And so does God.

Scripture reminds us that we weren’t created to do life alone. Loneliness isn’t where we’re meant to stay, and community can be part of the help we need.

But sometimes, finding community means we have to go first.
Start the conversation. Show up. Let someone in.

You don’t have to do this alone.
