There is more than one “gospel” being preached in the modern church, but only one of them is the Gospel Jesus and His apostles proclaimed. Some churches preach a gospel of escape — a message that claims evil will rise so high that Heaven will be forced to orchestrate a mass evacuation.
Yet Jesus never taught a defeated, hiding, powerless Church. He declared, “I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it” (Matthew 16:18). Gates don’t chase the Church — the Church crushes the gates.
Others preach a gospel of fragility — a message that claims the Blood of Jesus is strong enough to write your name in the Book of Life but too weak to keep it there. Scripture violently disagrees. “He is able to save them to the uttermost” (Hebrews 7:25). “The gifts and calling of God are without repentance” (Romans 11:29). If the Blood was strong enough to redeem you, it is strong enough to sustain you.
But then there is the Gospel of the Kingdom — the only Gospel Jesus ever preached. This Gospel proclaims a victorious Church filled with sons and daughters who carry the fire of Pentecost, who push back the gates of hell, who live from glory to glory (2 Corinthians 3:18), and who overcome by the Blood of the Lamb (Revelation 12:11).
This Gospel commands us to “occupy till I come” (Luke 19:13) and promises that “of the increase of His government and peace there shall be no end” (Isaiah 9:7). This Gospel declares that the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea (Habakkuk 2:14).
This is the Gospel of victory.
This is the Gospel of dominion.
This is the Gospel of the Kingdom.
From Genesis 1, where God gave mankind dominion, to Revelation 22, where the redeemed reign with Christ forever, Scripture reveals a God who builds, restores, empowers, and reigns — and a people who partner with Him in triumph.
So the question stands, burning with Holy Ghost fire:
Which Gospel does your church preach?
The gospel of fear?
The gospel of fragility?
Or the Gospel of the Kingdom — the only Gospel written from Genesis to Revelation, the only Gospel backed by the throne, the only Gospel that transforms nations?
Choose the Gospel of the Kingdom.
Preach the Gospel of the Kingdom.
Live the Gospel of the Kingdom.
Everything else is an imitation.
