Fr. Emmanuel is asking us to pray for the 416 victims abducted by the Islamic terrorist group Boko Haram, having issued a 72 hour ultimatum to the federal government of Nigeria to come up with their demands or the victims be killed.

There will be a Memorial Mass for Joan Acquisto, a dedicated member of our parish, on Friday April 17 at 6pm. She was an active member of our Church and helped out in many different ways: singing in the choir, attending daily Mass, providing flowers to decorate the Altar, helping the ladies sodality before and during Rummage Sale, and financially supporting our parish. She will be greatly missed. Please join us while we honor her memory and celebrate her life. There will be a dinner following the Mass.

It was a beautiful Easter weekend! Congratulations to Amie Adams on receiving the sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation and First Communion! And congratulations to Chloe Scherer and Pippa Adams on receiving their First Communion. May God bless you and guide you in your faith journey.
