Church Family,
After hearing from a few church members and speaking to our Chairman of the Deacons, the decision has been made to cancel all services tomorrow, January 25th, due to inclement weather. But I want to encourage all of us to spend time in worship alone and with our families, even though we are not meeting together. And because I know that can be difficult to figure out and decide on, here is an Order of Service we can follow with a powerful sermon by Alistair Begg.
Please share the responsibility for reading these Scriptures and the catechism question and answer with different members of your family so that everyone can feel involved.

QUESTION 43: WHAT FURTHER ADVANTAGE DO WE RECEIVE FROM CHRIST'S SACRIFICE AND DEATH ON THE CROSS?
Answer: Through Christ's death our old selves are crucified, put ot death, and buried with him, so that the evil desires of the flesh may no longer rule us, but that instead we may dedicate ourselves as an offering of gratitude to him.
5. Prayer: Spend this time in prayer for those things the Lord has laid upon our hearts as important to pray for.

It says, “The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace.”
