5th Sunday Family Worsip
This Sunday, May 31st, Small Groups at 10am, Donuts at 10:40am and at 11:00am we will gather as a church family to observe the Lord’s Supper. This is a time to remember Jesus, reflect on His sacrifice and worship Him together. Children Pre-K and older will join their parents in the worship service as we grow together as one church family. Ready to Learn, Ready to Pray, Ready to Give, Ready to Help, and Ready to Tell. Nursery and preschool care will still be provided. We look forward to sharing these intentional moments of multigenerational worship as we pursue our mission together.

This Memorial Day, let’s honor those who gave everything.
🇺🇸✝️ The youth placed flags on those who sacrificed their lives.

Let’s remember the profound love that motivated their ultimate sacrifice, a love that continues to shape our nation and our lives. Thank you for taking this moment to reflect with me.

Congratulations!

🏆 The Iola Bulldogs advance the the 2A State Semifinals with a 2-1 win over the Schulenburg Shorthorns for the Region IV Championship.

⚾️ Brody Vaughn pitches the complete game allowing only 1 run on 4 hits, 12 strikeouts and 2 walks.

⚾️ Ryan Roubion was 2-3 with an RBI and a run scored.

⚾️ Max Rowland drove in a run and scored one.

Iola will play the winner of Shelbyville and Frankston in the State Semifinals.

Community Non-Denominational Baccalaureate Service will be held at Cross Baptist Church tonight, Wednesday, May 20th at 6:30pm.
We will not have services at Evergreen tonight, we encourage everyone to go out and support our graduating seniors.

🎓Senior Sunday🎓
This Sunday, May 17th we will be honoring our graduating high school seniors during morning worship service
at 11am. There will be hamburgers and hotdogs following the service.
Please bring your favorite 12 pack of soda and a bag of chips.

Evergreen’s turn at the Iola food pantry this Saturday, May 16th from 8:45am to 11:30am at the Iola Missionary Baptist Church in Iola. Make plans to come out and serve your neighbors!
