Berea (bereaclc.org) is a church in the Church of the Lutheran Confession that believes and teaches

Berea Lutheran Church believes and teaches the Word of God (the Bible) in its truth and purity. Namely,

- God the Father created man holy and without sin.
- After Creation, man disobeyed God. This sin earned man eternal punishment in hell.
- God loved man so much, that He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to this world to keep the whole Law of God for us, to suffer, and to die for our sins. Jesus did this so that whoever believes on Him as their Savior from sin, will have eternal life in heaven.
- God the Holy Spirit uses this Good News (Gospel) of Jesus Christ to cause us to believe.

Based on weather reports, the Elders of Berea have CANCELLED tomorrow's worship service (3/15). May the Lord keep you warm and safe.

Come now, let us reason together, says the LORD:
though your sins are like scarlet,
they shall be as white as SNOW;
though they are red like crimson,
they shall become like wool. (Isaiah 1:18)

Pastor David Schierenbeck was installed today as assistant pastor. We thank the Lord for the gifts He continues to give Berea through our pastors!
"Dear Lord, to Your true servants give
The grace to You alone to live
Set free from sin to serve You, Lord,
They go to share Your living Word
The gospel message to proclaim
That all may know Your saving name." (WS #780:1)
