THE SPIRITUAL PURPOSE OF FASTING.

Biblical fasting involves willingly abstaining from food or drink for a designated time to seek God. It is an act of humility that strengthens faith and fosters deeper intimacy with Him.

HOW THE 21-DAY FAST WILL WORK.

The 21-day fast will be observed as a Normal Fast, which involves refraining from food each day between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Moderate intake of fluids is allowed. If you have a medical condition that may affect your ability to fast, please seek medical advice and participate in a way that aligns with your health needs.
Let this season be a time of fervent prayer, diligent study of the Word, and deep meditation on God’s truth. Pray corporately using Isaiah 60:1 in alignment with our yearly theme, “Our Season to Shine and Flourish.” Also, lift up your personal needs and the needs of others, trusting God in faith for answered prayers.
