The Christian Witness invites believers to enter the conversation by sharing their stories of Jesus. Christian Witness Program first began. February, 1966.

This portion of the ministry consists of capturing faith stories of how God has been and continues to be faithful in each of our lives! You can imagine how many interviews since then, we still have on reel tape! The Christian Witness Program took a leap of faith and established a 24 hour radio ministry seven (7) years ago, as WMUG Radio. It’s a low powered FM station found locally on 105.1 FM, how

ever, our listeners have stretched far and abroad to other countries through the technology of Christian Net, that broadcasts the programming over the internet anywhere and everywhere in the world as Mark 16:15 encourages us! In addition to broadcasting the 24 hour, 365 days a year, commercial free programming on WMUG, 105.1 FM and we negotiated five (5) hours of Indiana County’s local radio station time and also spread the Good News as This Sunday Morning on WDAD, 1450 AM, from 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM every Sunday! We’re happy about that fourteen (14) year relationship as we connect with listeners who would not normally listen to our Christian radio station, but appreciates the Good News, even if it’s a short period out of their lives! We will continue to plant seeds everywhere we go.

He didn't wake up with a plan to feed the congregation; he simply packed a meal and walked toward Jesus. The most compelling dynamic of the show, perhaps, is seeing the humanity of the players--the 'real people' dynamic--as they compete for a five million dollar prize. This week takes us to the West Indies Island of St. Vincent for a reunion with Walford Thompson--a long time missionary and evangelist. He is a friend to many because he is a friend to Jesus. As a portly 62-year-old, I know that I need to get into shape, but I don't know how. The more people say "You should get into shape," the more out of shape I feel. The gift would be a mentor who comes along side me, and leads me through the steps to better physical health. The analogy applies to our spiritual walks as well--perhaps more essentially. When we are "out of shape" spiritually we certainly recognize that we aren't living the full life Jesus intended for us. But how do we get more fit?

I'm grateful to welcome Jackie Greene back to discuss her heart for spiritual health--and the guided conversation of her new book "Pathway for Life" designed specifically to give 'out of shape' Believers the support they need to grow stronger in the Lord.
