What a beautiful night of worship with Alabaster Dance on Sunday evening!

We are so grateful to have hosted this special time at The Oasis. The performances were powerful, and most importantly, the name of Jesus was boldly proclaimed!

Jesus is just a breath away, ready to break strongholds and make all things new!!

Thank you to Alabaster Dance, Christa Boone, Pastor Ken Boone, and everyone who joined us in giving God the glory.

We were blessed to hear from Pastor Art Speck, Pastor Deanne, and John Wensel as they shared highlights from their recent mission to the Oasis International Training Center in Prampram, Ghana, West Africa!

Pastor Art honored the rich history of his late grandmother, Bishop Miller, whose divine redirection and vision in the 1950’s acted as the catalyst for our work in Ghana. This recent trip included seminars with leaders from five different nations. He shared how seeing the Wisemen Builders in action at the training center brings the vision of "touching nations" that began so long ago into focus.

Pastor Deanne and John shared a recurring theme from the trip, spiritual hunger. They reminded us that in the Kingdom, hunger is a sign of health.

4 Ways to cultivate your hunger for God:
Avoid the "Junk": Don't fill up on things that don't satisfy.
Dig Deep: Seek the "more" that God has for you.
Stay Around the Hungry: Passion is contagious; surround yourself with seekers (Matthew 6:33).
Increase Prayer: Build your appetite through consistent time with Him.

We are "spiritually on tap" and ready for all that Jesus is doing through Oasis International and the Oasis right here in Huntingdon!

We’ve had an excellent couple of weeks at The Oasis! It’s encouraging to see how the Holy Spirit weaves consistent messages through our leaders. Last Sunday, Pastor Dotty called each of us to give our best! Yesterday, Pastor Tammy’s message was on trusting God. In all of it, we’re reminded that God is faithful, especially when we go all-in for Him, trusting Him every step of the way!

Pastor Dotty challenged us not to settle for "good" when God has "best" waiting for us. Looking at the tribes in Numbers 32, we saw the danger of settling for what we can see rather than reaching for the full promise! Whether it’s our work or our worship, we should do it heartily and vehemently for Him (Col. 3:23). Don't settle for the "wrong side of the Jordan.”

After sharing a recent account of needing to trust, Pastor Tammy took us through the story of Abraham and Isaac, asking us the ultimate question: "Do you trust me?" Even when times are scary or don't make sense, God is for us, and He will provide. He always provides what we need!

Each message reminds us that God NEVER fails. When we give God our absolute best, we don't have to worry about the outcome. We can "cast all anxiety" on Him because His plan is perfect. There is a song that says, ‘How good it is to bless God and give Him our all!’

Where are you settling for "good enough" today? Take a step of faith, give God your best, and trust Him to lead you to the Promised Land.

Do you trust in God?

"When I am afraid, I will trust in you." — Psalm 56:3
