This is what Journey Church is all about. 🤍

Today, we got to stand alongside five families as they dedicated their families to Jesus.

What a beautiful thing it is to watch our church family gather around parents and children, celebrate their commitment, pray over their homes, and remind them that they never have to walk this journey alone.

To these families: we are so thankful you allowed us to share in such a meaningful moment with you. We’re cheering you on, praying for you, and believing for the beautiful things God will continue to do through your family.

And to our church family: thank you for being the kind of community that celebrates, supports, and loves one another so well.

Journey, you showed up and showed OUT for Isaiah 117 House! Together you all raised over $3,100!

If you don’t know, Isaiah 117 House provides a comforting home where these children instead can be brought to wait – a place that is safe with friendly and loving volunteers who provide clean clothes, smiles, toys, and snuggly blankets. This space allows children to receive the comfort and care they need while child welfare staff can do the necessary paperwork and identify a good placement.

Summer has been keeping us busy... but we're just getting started! ☀️💛

We're finally looking back on one of our favorite weeks of the summer—Journey Kids Camp!

For some of our kids, this was their very first camp experience. For others, it was their last Journey Kids camp before they move up to 412 Student Ministries next summer. Watching each child grow, make memories, and build friendships is one of the greatest joys.

From games and laughter to worship, lessons, and countless moments together, this week was filled with so much more than fun. It was a reminder of how thankful we are for a church family that loves, encourages, and points the next generation to Jesus.

To every volunteer, leader, parent, and camper: thank you for making this week one to remember. We can't wait to see all that God continues to do in the lives of these incredible kids.

Here's to the memories we made and the ones still to come!
