As we begin this 5th day of the Global Methodist Church General Conference, the weight of the significance of our gathering is settling into my soul.

2 years ago the first General Conference in American Methodist History was held outside the United States - in Cost Rica, and thus the first General Conference in the history of Methodism to be held in Central America.

As I type this, I am in the first General Conference in Methodist history to be held on the continent of Africa and the 2nd GC outside the United States.

Then after, we have nursery, Jesus & Music for Pre-K3 thru elementary kids, and our Illumination Middle School Bible Study while parents and adults can head to some great faith-filled classes!
