“We are living in somebody else’s overflow.”

What a powerful reminder from Pastor Marty as we celebrated I Love My Church Sunday and brought our Ownership to Overflow series to a close.

We have been blessed by the faithfulness of those who came before us. Now, we have the opportunity to bless those who will come after us.

May we be a church that gives freely, serves faithfully, and keeps the blessings of God flowing into our community and beyond.

What if generosity doesn’t begin with the question, “How much should I give?” but with a much deeper question: “Whose is it?”

In week one of Ownership to Overflow, we’re reminded that generosity isn’t just about what we give—it’s about what we’re willing to surrender.

Our resources, our future, our time, our very lives belong to God. And until we settle the question of ownership, we’ll continue to wrestle with control.

The question isn’t just, “What do I have?” but “Who has my heart?”
