A wonderful day to support iServe Ministries in delivering hope and nourishment to 400 families in Jackson County. Men on Mission has empowered the launch of 2 future food trucks, destined to nourish and uplift around 800 families.

The Men on Mission gathering this morning saw 35 men come together with intentions to serve our community here,near, and far. Today we focused on resetting our mental state and focusing on goal attainment by measuring ourselves against progress instead of ideal state. Thank you Robert Mallon for teaching us goal vs. gain thinking!

We are thrilled to be returning to Kenya for our first Father/Son mission trip, working with the Maasai tribe. This year, seven dads and their sons will be heading to Nanyuki to build upon what the men's trips have been doing for years. The boys have seen the pictures, heard the stories, and are excited to be part of this mission.

While evangelism remains at the heart of our mission, we have come to recognize the crucial importance of fostering discipleship for both men and women to create a lasting spiritual impact in the community. By including our boys in this mission, we also believe we will be able to reach and inspire the Maasai children in ways we never have before.

In partnership with 410 Bridge, Men on Mission, In Touch Ministries, and Renew World Outreach, we will share the Gospel in the Maasai's native language using solar-powered audio Bibles and projectors. This year, we are excited to continue this incredible work, including distributing more audio Bibles and sharing The Jesus Film using solar-powered projectors in areas without electricity. Additionally, we have impactful projects planned, such as building a wall around a local school to keep the children safe from wild animals and strangers.

Men on Mission teamed up this morning with Bearings Bike Works to prepare for the upcoming ribbon cutting for their bridge to the belt line. Bearings Bike Works help urban youth in Atlanta discover their innate talents and develop them into meaningful skills by building bikes and engaging in bike-centric programming.

Men on Mission teamed up with iServe ministries this evening to pack 280 Backpacks of Love. iServe ministries works to alleviate food insecurity in northeast Georgia, and the Backpacks of Love program is one of the ways they provide assistance.
