Friends:
I'm still rejoicing over the wonderful time we shared at the Liberty Association's 187th Annual Meeting last week. We had a great meeting, with a good spirit of fellowship and emphasis on missions. Here’s just a few highlights from the meeting:
• Through your generous giving, the largest number of missions scholarships in 10 years were granted to churches for mission trips and leader education
• Churches reported a total of $713,258 given to missions causes
• Compared to last year, reported baptisms increased to 121
I'm sending out copies of the Book of Reports to churches which were unable to attend...
If your church has missions, ministries or activities coming in November, we'd like to know about them...please submit items to the Association Office by October 29
The next meeting of the LAB will be the Exec Bd on January 19 at River Pointe Church, 203 Main St., Munfordville, KY. 42765, beginning at 6 PM for a meal, meeting at 7

It's never too early to think about helping children.
Collection begins Oct. 26!
Christmas doesn’t always come with the promise of gifts.
For some Kentucky kids, every day is more about survival than celebration.
Kentucky Baptists, we can help change that!
We can share the love and hope we have in Christ simply by packing backpacks for children in need.
Are you ready to get started? Let's change children's lives!
