The cafeteria/commons area was packed out at Christian County High for the first FCA Club Huddle of the year! FCA meets every Thursday morning at 7:20am, but gathers once a month for a club meeting during Tiger Time!

Special thanks to Coach Blake Ladson for being the guest speaker! Blake encouraged the students to use their attitude, effort, and influence to bring God glory and to find a teammate or classmate who is struggling and encourage them, pray with them, sit with them, or simply ask how they are doing!

Special thanks to the student leaders who led the first club meeting! Special thanks to the volunteers and sponsors who make FCA optional at CCHS!

The UHA FCA Huddles kicked off on Thursday with a time of fellowship, games, and devotion. This week the focus was "What it means to be a leader!"

FCA Core Value: TEAMWORK

"Some men took a man who was not able to move his body to Jesus. He was carried on a bed. They looked for a way to take the man into the house where Jesus was. But they could not find a way to take him in because of so many people. They made a hole in the roof over where Jesus stood. Then they let the bed with the sick man on it down before Jesus. When Jesus saw their faith, He said to the man, “Friend, your sins are forgiven.” Luke 5:18-20

The HMS Volleyball FCA Huddle met this week for a time of fellowship and devotion. Character Coach Whitley Grace shared the story of the paralytic and his friends who tore off part of the roof to lower their friend down to Jesus!

Players were reminded
- that who we surround ourselves with matters.
- the importance of being a good friend.
- and not letting obstacles keep us from Jesus.

They also did an obstacle course while carrying teammates on “mats”!
