We are excited to introduce our new young adult intern, Dylan Barnett! Dylan is 29 years old and originally from Alabama, but has been a part of the Hopkinsville community for the past five years.

Dylan is deeply committed to ministry and family. He and his wife, Deanna, will be celebrating their 8th wedding anniversary this June. Together, they have served as foster parents for the last two years welcoming six children into their hearts and home over that time and are currently caring for a wonderful 9-year-old boy.

Professionally, Dylan is working toward his Bachelor’s degree in Bible through Liberty University, graduating in 2027. In his free time, he enjoys a mix of reading, crocheting, cheering on Alabama football, and playing video games with his wife.

What a special Mother’s Day at church today. From worship, to celebrating families through baby dedications, to seeing our church gathered together to hear the Word, we’re thankful.

Today we honor the women who love faithfully, serve quietly, pray continually, and hold so much together at the forefront, and behind the scenes. Your impact reaches farther than you know.

We also know this day can carry grief for many. To the mothers carrying loss, heartbreak, or empty seats in their story today, we see you, we love you, and we’re praying for you.
