Our Summer Children’s Musical crew has been working hard and is excited to present “The Fab 4 ” Musical this Sunday, August 16 at 6:00 PM in the Hillcrest Baptist Church sanctuary.

At the heart of the show is The Fab 4, a quirky band that teaches Bible truth through music and fun. When their usual producer is suddenly replaced by a fill-in who doesn’t quite understand the mission, the group presses on to share the Gospel through the books of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. Please join us in celebrating Chandler as he transitions from Youth Intern to our official Youth Minister!

Over the past 13 months, Chandler has faithfully served in our Student Ministry. During his internship, God laid a strong call to co-vocational ministry on his heart, and we couldn't be more excited to see him step into this new season.

Chandler is eager for everything God has in store at Hillcrest, and he will be serving alongside Jeremiah to lead, equip, and invest in our youth.

We are excited to introduce our new young adult intern, Dylan Barnett! Dylan is 29 years old and originally from Alabama, but has been a part of the Hopkinsville community for the past five years.

Dylan is deeply committed to ministry and family. He and his wife, Deanna, will be celebrating their 8th wedding anniversary this June. Together, they have served as foster parents for the last two years welcoming six children into their hearts and home over that time and are currently caring for a wonderful 9-year-old boy.

Professionally, Dylan is working toward his Bachelor’s degree in Bible through Liberty University, graduating in 2027. In his free time, he enjoys a mix of reading, crocheting, cheering on Alabama football, and playing video games with his wife.
