Today, we gather to celebrate the Official Pastoral Installation of Pastor Xzavion Thornton The Lord’s Humble Servant.

This is more than an installation. It’s a new chapter. A fresh season. A greater work ahead!

Tomorrow is the day! We are excited to celebrate the Official Pastoral Installation of Pastor Xzavion Thornton on Sunday, September 6, 2026, at 4:00 PM.

PLEASE NOTE: Immediately following our Morning Worship Service, the church doors will remain OPEN as we prepare for the 4:00 PM Installation Service.

Greater Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church announces that our regular Sunday morning worship service will not be held at our local sanctuary this Sunday.

Instead, we are asking ALL MEMBERS, FAMILY, FRIENDS, AND SUPPORTERS to join us as we fellowship with Prayer Garden Church of God in Christ for their H.Y.P.E. Generation Youth Sunday - 5th Sunday Fellowship!
