Psalms 84:2 My soul longed and even yearned for the courts of the Lord; My heart and my flesh sing for joy to the living God.
Psalms 42:1-2 As the deer pants for the water brooks, So my soul pants for You, O God. My soul thirsts for God, for the living God; When shall I come and appear before God?
Psalms 63:1-2 O God, You are my God; I shall seek You earnestly; My soul thirsts for You, my flesh yearns for You, In a dry and weary land where there is no water. Thus I have seen You in the sanctuary, To see Your power and Your glory.
Psalms 63:5 My soul is satisfied as with marrow and fatness, And my mouth offers praises with joyful lips.

There is something significant about hunger and thirst when we gather corportately. It brings His presence and glory so much closer. Lets come with a deep hunger to encounter the living God. Hes looking for hearts to fill to the full!

This Sunday night (8/30) will be a little different than our normal meal and study! We are hosting the 5th Sunday Sing, where we will be gathering with churches from both Homer and Anchor Point to share in a potluck style meal and worship together!
