Our kind, loving, merciful, and forgiving Father in Heaven, “[You] saved us. It was not because of any good deeds that we ourselves had done, but because of [Your] own mercy that [You] saved us, through the Holy Spirit, who gives us new birth and new life by washing us. [You] poured out the Holy Spirit abundantly on us through Jesus Christ our Savior, so that by his grace we might be put right with [You] God and come into possession of the eternal life we hope for” ( Titus 3:5-7 GNT). Thank You for the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit. Thank You For the breath of life for another day. We thank and praise You for generously pouring out Your Spirit upon us through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. Increase our faith and help us through Your grace to treat everyone right. And “Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above [ourselves], not looking to [our] own interests but each of [us] to the interests of the others” (2 Philippians 2-4 NIV). Protect those traveling today. Heal the sick. Give peace, comfort and strength to those grieving. Bless and guide those who serve You. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
