Heavenly Father,

We come before You with grateful hearts, lifting up our pastor in prayer. We ask that You envelop him in Your wisdom and grace, guiding him to walk humbly with You as he leads our congregation. As it is written in Micah 6:8, help him to act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with You, O God. May his faith be a beacon of authenticity, free from the binds of pride or hypocrisy.

Lord, we pray that his motives remain pure and steadfast, rooted in love and service to You and Your people. Encourage him to seek Your glory above all else, recognizing that every gain and victory comes solely from Your hand. As Galatians 6:14 reminds us, may he boast only in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Guide his heart and mind to align with Your will. As expressed in John 7:17-18, may he seek to do Your will, speaking not of his own accord, but as one who seeks Your glory. Let his life be a testament to Your truth and grace.

Finally, we ask that You protect him from the temptations of pride and self-righteousness. In 1 Corinthians 10:12-13, You remind us that no temptation is beyond our ability to bear with Your help. Strengthen him to stand firm and provide him with a way out whenever he is tested.

Lord, we thank You for his leadership and the dedication he shows in shepherding our community. May he continue to grow in humility and authenticity, always giving You the praise and honor.

In Jesus’ name, we pray,
