Mission Northside We were formed from a deep desire to see lives transformed by the power of the resurrected Jesus.

Mission Northside is an Anglican church community born out of Mission Downtown with plans to plant a new church body rooted in the Hixson community in the fall/winter of 2025. We exist to reach the unchurched, renew the Church, and form a Spirit-filled community shaped by worship, belonging, and mission. As part of The Mission Chattanooga, we believe that church planting is one of the most effecti

ve ways to bless a city, and we feel called to help cultivate flourishing in Hixson and the surrounding neighborhoods. Whether you’re seeking God for the first time or longing for deeper connection, we invite you to belong, grow, serve, and go with us.

Back-to-school season is here, and we’re grateful for the way our community showed up for one another!

Because of all the donations from Mission Northside and Valleybrook Church, Northside Neighborhood House was able to provide much-needed school supplies to families at Hixson Middle School, helping students begin the year equipped, encouraged, and ready to learn.

This is what we love about our community: when people and organizations come together, small acts of generosity can make a meaningful difference in the lives of our neighbors.

We’re thankful for everyone who gave, for Northside Neighborhood House and the incredible work they do in the area, and especially for the teachers, students, and families of Hixson Middle School as they begin a new school year.

This Sunday we welcome all Hamilton County Teachers and Students to the Mission Northside for a time of prayer and blessing over their school year. We want to pray for God’s peace, wisdom and safety over all of our teachers and students who will be entering another year of learning next week.
