Connection Church exists to exalt Jesus, edify the saints and to evangelize the world. So glad you're here!

Our mission is to love God and love people. We submit to the Lordship of Jesus Christ and His Word, the Bible.
-We believe the Word of God to be divinely inspired, without error and absolutely authoritative over a believer's life.

-We believe God alone is worthy of our praise, adoration, surrender and obedience.
-We believe the salvation of man is entirely a work of God's free grace and is not the work, in whole or in part, of human works or goodness or religious ceremony. God imputes His righteousness to those who put their faith in Christ alone for their salvation and thereby justifies them forever in His sight.
-We believe in equipping the people of God (the saints) by consistently and accurately teaching the Word of God verse-by-verse. -We believe God has a specific role for each member of the body of Christ in the local assembly and that Christian fellowship is not to be forsaken.
-We desire to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ and help others to become committed followers of Jesus- in our homes, our community and in the world.
-We believe all of this can be summed up in Jesus's command in Matthew 22:37-39, “And He said to him, 'You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.' This is the great and foremost commandment. The second is like it, 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.'”

3️⃣Our final day of VBS was so special!
⏰We learned how we should use our time, talents and posessions to serve the Lord.
☁️We learned that Jesus is coming back one day, so we should always be prepared and not put off our decision to receive Him as our Savior nor should we wait to share the Gospel with others.
🐎We learned great information about horses including learning that when Jesus returns He will be riding a magnificent white horse.
💦We learned about the water cycle- what a WONDER!
🥰We played, sang, ate, recited scripture and THEN…
🪕The children put on a WONDERful program for family and friends!
🍔Then we all enjoyed a delicious meal together.😋

🙏🏼We hope you’ll join us this Sunday at 10:30 as the kids will share more music and scripture memory with us from their week at VBS!

💫Our second day of VBS was full of more WONDERS about Jesus!
💪🏻We learned about Jesus’ earthly ministry- how He had (and has) power over sickness, nature, sin and even DEATH! Not only did Jesus raise others from the dead, but He conquered death when He came back to life 3 days after his crucifixion 🙌🏻.
🚫We learned that every person is guilty of sinning against God and sin CANNOT be near God. The ONLY way to be near God is to trust Jesus took the punishment for our sin on Himself when He died on the cross. If we admit our sin and believe Jesus died in our place and rose again, we can spend FOREVER with God in heaven as God’s children, so God’s children do not need to be afraid of death!
🦬🐻We learned about how powerful a buffalo is to help us remember Jesus’ power and about a bear’s hibernation to help us remember Jesus’s death and resurrection!
🏜️We learned about the Grand Canyon and how this scientific WONDER points to a global flood!
⚽️We played more games…
🎶Sang more songs...
🤔Learned more Bible verses…
🍎And ate more delicious snacks!!!

🗓️We had a truly WONDERful day! Tomorrow, Friday, is our final day. You’re invited to join us for a cookout meal (provided) and kids’ program at noon!

😍Wow! We had such a fun time at VBS today.
👶🏼We learned about Jesus coming to earth as a baby and how he was a little boy who grew up like other boys and girls with one BIG difference- Jesus is God, so He never sinned!
🐱🐺We learned some really cool facts about cougars and wolves. Just like wolf pups learn from their parents, as a boy, Jesus learned from his parents, too!
🌎We did some cool science experiments to teach us about the earth’s rotation- God’s creation is AMAZING!
🤠We practiced roping and mastered the obstacle course.
🔥We sang around the campfire.
📖We recited Bible memory work.
🍇And we ate some really yummy snacks.

🌵No worries if you didn’t make it today- there’s still so much fun to be had Thursday and Friday!!!
