Celebrate Recovery Helena Valley Celebrate Recovery is a safe place to find freedom from life's Hurts, Hang-ups and Habits. Life is filled with hurts. Everything is confidential.

If we don't authentically walk through them with Jesus, we can develop hang-ups. Those hang-ups can lead to destructive habits. We are a faith based 12 step program that helps you deal with your hurts, hang-ups and habits. This program is used worldwide and in prisons. It was born in Saddleback Church in Forest Grove, California, by Pastor Rick Warren. We provide programming for the entire family

and childcare. Join us every Friday night for dinner at 6pm

Co-dependency is when a person's need for approval or validation from others allows them to be controlled or manipulated, or that person might even attempt to do the same to someone else. Here are a few characteristics:

- Assuming responsibility for other's feelings and behaviors.
- Having difficulty identifying or expressing your own feelings
- Worrying about how others might respond to your feelings, opinions, or behaviors.
- Over-functioning to be needed, valued, or loved.
- Overly caring for others at the expense of your own needs.
- Being extremely loyal to the point of remaining in harmful situations too long.
- Tolerating and justifying abuse from others.

Set boundaries, accept Jesus as your Higher Power, and realize that you are not responsible for how others may think or feel about you.
