When MHCC Kids arrive at the KidCheck stations, they’ll officially move up to their next grade level! 🎓

KIDS & FAMILY CELEBRATION | 11:30 AM
After service, all MHCC Kids & families are invited to join us as we celebrate this exciting milestone and pray together for the upcoming school year!

This week, we’re shining the spotlight on a man who truly does a little bit of everything! Meet Brandon Freitas! 👋

From serving quietly behind the scenes to jumping into worship, serving on our Prayer Team, investing in Marriage Ministry alongside his lovely wife, Lea, and now stepping into the role of Prayer Team Director, Brandon is always ready to serve wherever he’s needed!

Brandon has a heart for people, loves like Jesus, brings ALL the energy and fun, and has a gift for bringing people together. We are incredibly blessed to have him as part of the MHCC family! Thank you, Brandon!!

HAPPY FRIDAY, MHCC FAMILY!

Can you believe August is already wrapping up soon?! We wanted to take a moment to celebrate one of the highlights of this month!

August 10th which was our Lake Day Baptisms!

We had the incredible joy of celebrating 16 people publicly declaring their faith through baptism! 🙏 HALLELUJAH! What a beautiful day of faith, celebration, and new beginnings. Here are a few snapshots from this unforgettable day; each shared with permission from those pictured.

We invite you to continue to join us this fall as we grow in the Word of God together! We have Move Up Sunday, Second Sunday and Small Groups coming up! Interested in being a small group leader? Go to mounthelena.org or the welcome center on Sunday to apply! Apps are due Sept 13th.

Meet Nancy Undercofler! Our MHCC Kids Director and one of the faces behind the content you see.

When she’s not serving at MHCC, Nancy loves spending time with her husband, Sean, their 3 boys, and family as well as friends. She’s always up for an outdoor adventure and especially enjoys soccer, snowboarding, and making memories with the people she loves!

🍂 FALL IS COMING AND WE’RE GETTING FRUITFUL! 🍎🍇

We have an exciting fall ahead at MHCC! Small Groups are starting in October , and there are so many ways to grow in community and God’s Word together.

Want to lead a Small Group? Applications are open now at mounthelena.org which are due September 13.

FRUITFUL which is our new fall series on the Fruit of the Spirit will also have small groups that follow along with each week’s message and book guide.

After a short hiatus, Weekly Ministry Highlights are back; we’re coming back strong!

We’re highlighting a man who serves our church so faithfully: Bob Wamsley!

Bob serves diligently in our Men’s Ministry and leads our First Impressions Team with his lovely wife, Margaret. Bob is always ready to share Scripture, has a huge heart for discipleship, loves outdoor adventures, weightlifting, and spending time with his wife and family.

We are SO thankful for the way he serves, leads, encourages, and pours into others at MHCC. Thank you, Bob!!

☕ Ladies! Join us tomorrow morning for Coffee & Conversations at 10:00 AM at Memorial Park.

🌊 Sunday is BAPTISM SUNDAY!
Service will be at Clark's Bay at 10:00 AM as we celebrate 13 people publicly declaring their faith in Jesus through baptism! 🙌

🥗 Bring a side to share, chairs or blankets, swimsuits and towels if you'd like to swim, and anything else to help you enjoy the day. We'll be together from 10:00 AM–1:00 PM.

🚗 Don't forget to grab a parking pass when you arrive and place it on your dashboard.
