We would like to thank everyone who participated in our 4th annual Beyond 227 gala. Mike Manhardt from One Strong Family graciously accepted the role of emcee for another year. Father Ed and Father Bart took the stage to share how Father Stu impacted their lives and how his legacy continues to inspire them. Allison Bell gave a heartfelt speech about the Long family, focusing on Father Stu's dad, Bill Long, and the profound impact he had on those around him. Josh Simkins was honored with the Stu It Award, and through his emotional speech, he shared his journey with epilepsy, emphasizing the importance of perseverance and faith. Matt Birk, our keynote speaker, discussed the key principles that contributed to his success as an All-Pro lineman and how these principles are also essential in his faith. The turnout was fantastic, and we're grateful for the support. Special thanks to Chilli O'Brian's, our sponsors, the servers, volunteers, and everyone who attended.
