The LTI Conversations Series: Leadership Unfiltered continues to create space for honest, meaningful, and necessary dialogue throughout the Eastern North Carolina Episcopal District as we prepare for Leadership Training Institute 2026.

Each conversation in this series has challenged us to think deeper about leadership, ministry, accountability, and service within the life of the church. We are grateful for the continued engagement from clergy, laity, and leaders across the district who have made these conversations impactful and relevant.

We now invite you to join us for our next conversation on Tuesday, June 9th at 7:00 PM EST for an important and timely discussion entitled, “Church Hurt vs. Church Discipline.”

This session will feature Rev. Rona Watson, Rev. Dr. Hanna Broome, Rev. Dr. Clifford Barnett, and Rev. Dr. Julian Pridgen, with the conversation moderated by Rev. Dr. Nathaniel Cox.

This discussion will address the important distinction between personal offense and biblical correction while exploring how churches can lead with accountability, compassion, healing, and spiritual maturity. It promises to be a thoughtful and balanced conversation that speaks directly to challenges facing today’s church.

The LTI Conversations Series continues to serve as a platform for authentic dialogue leading up to Leadership Training Institute 2026, helping strengthen ministry and leadership throughout the Eastern North Carolina Episcopal District.

We encourage pastors, ministry leaders, officers, and members throughout the district to join us live and participate in this important conversation.

The conversation will stream live on AMEZTV, Facebook, YouTube, Roku, Apple TV, and Google Play platforms.
