What a week!

Thank you to all of our Heritage Youth who served during VBS this week. From helping lead kids, running stations, decorating, cleaning, and doing whatever was needed, you showed what it looks like to honor up, honor down, and honor all around.

Thank you also for helping us flip the church back and get everything ready for Sunday after a long week of VBS today.

🚨 Heritage Youth VBS Crew 🚨

Tomorrow is our final day of VBS!

Right after the car rider line, we will begin flipping classrooms and getting everything back in place for Sunday School.

We plan to start around 12:30 PM, and once we’re finished, we’ll head out to eat together.

Bring $15, and we’ll choose between Qdoba, Firehouse Subs, or Wingstop.

Let’s finish VBS strong, help get the church ready for Sunday, and celebrate an incredible week together.

We will be back at the church by 2:00 PM for pickup.

🌿🐒 VBS Day 3 Recap 🦜🌿

What an incredible day at VBS!

These kids are absolutely crushing it when it comes to making a difference. Through their generosity, we’ve raised $1,113.08 for Hope Clinic, helping provide pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, prenatal care, adoption support, and resources for moms and families right here in our community.

We’re officially over halfway to our goal of $2,000! 🎉

Thank you, parents, for trusting us with your kids this week. It’s been an honor to invest in them as they learn what it means to love God, love others, and make a difference through generosity.

VBS DAY ONE

We had a great day at Rainforest Falls here at Heritage Church.

We captured a few photos from the day, but we look forward to posting more over on our church's page later today.

We are thankful for what God did today by allowing us to have a total of 270 kids and adults in the building. We look forward to serving more kids in the days to come.

We have four more days to go. The best is yet to come.

If you’re helping out at VBS this coming week, please make plans to be at a quick leaders meeting tomorrow morning at 9:15 AM in the Youth Room.

We’ll only take about 10–15 minutes, but we’ll go over everything you need to know before VBS kicks off.

VBS Decoation Day 2!

Thanks to all the incredible youth who came out the past two days to help prepare the church for next week's VBS here at Heritage Church.

As we make the final preparations over the next few days, we ask that you begin praying for all the incredible pre-K through 5th graders who will be with us next week.

Over the past two years at Heritage Youth, we’ve captured so many incredible “God Moments” through photos, events, sports, Wednesday nights, BreakThrus, Awakening Weekends, and so much more.

Now, we’re working on revamping our youth room and our D-Group/Sunday School rooms upstairs, and we would love your help in bringing the vision to life.

One of the spaces is being transformed into a room inspired by The Midtowner here in Hattiesburg, warm, nostalgic, full of stories, memories, and history.

Think vintage trophies, old plaques, framed photos, classic diner vibes, vintage signs, and unique décor pieces.

Right now, we’re looking for donations of:

🏆 Vintage trophies
🖼️ Picture frames (all sizes/styles)
📜 Old plaques
🪧 Vintage signs
✨ Any vintage-style décor pieces

If you have anything you’d be willing to donate, you can bring it to the church office or place it in Josh’s office on Sunday mornings.

Thank you for always investing in and believing in this generation.

We truly believe spaces matter, and we can’t wait to create something special for our youth and families for years to come.

We are hoping to have everything completed by Wednesday, July 15, 2026.

Unfortunately, we will not be selling breakfast, burgers, and coffee. 🤣 But we do have free donuts on Sunday Mornings.
