Every year during KidSalt campers take part in an activity called “Get Salty.” It’s where they participate in some sort of mission project that goes towards a cause that is selected by the SC Baptist Convention.

This year, the mission project was packing care bags for children who are impacted by house fires. These bags include a stuffed animal, a t-shirt and a few other items that let them know that on what may feel like the worst day of their life, someone still cares for them and Jesus still loves them.

Each church was sent home with a box of these bags and got to select a fire department to deliver them to. Tonight we got to attend the Alligator Fire Department Meeting and deliver these bags, along with some cards from campers to the firemen and some Dunkin’ Donuts gift cards.

Thank you to Alligator Fire for allowing us to visit and for providing us with a meal. We appreciate you guys and what you do more than you know.

What an honor it is to get to be the hands and feet.

We will be having our final Summer Splashers outing of the year tonight from 6-8 at Antioch Rec Center pool. Come join us for a fun time of swimming and fellowship!

**Cedar Creek Church Family**

Our blessing of the backpacks will be tomorrow morning during our morning worship service. Please have your children bring their backpacks! We will be placing them around the altar and having a special time of prayer over them.

**CCBC SUMMER SPLASHERS**

We have been monitoring the weather and have made the decision to push our pool party at Antioch rec center to next Friday from 6-8. We understand this may not be ideal for some but we made this decision based on the information that is currently available to us. We hope to see you all next Friday (07/31) from 6-8 at Antioch Rec Center!

**CCBC SUMMER SPLASHERS**

We are going to cancel our outing to the trampoline park for tomorrow. We will look at possibly rescheduling it for next Friday. Once those details are finalized we will let everyone know!
