It is with great sorrow that we announce that Blanche Gardner departed this life, on Sunday morning, June, 21st. Visitation will take place at Norton Funeral Home on Wednesday, June, 24th from 5 to 7pm. The funeral service will be held at Spring Branch Baptist Church on June, 25th at 3pm. We kindly request your prayers for this beloved family during this challenging period.

It is with heavy hearts that we share with you the passing of Mrs. Marie Gainey Welch. Mrs. Welch was called to her heavenly home on Wednesday morning, June 10th, 2026, while surrounded by loved ones at the McLeod Hospice House. She was 67 years old.

Her funeral service will be conducted at 2 o'clock on Saturday afternoon, June 13th, 2026, from Spring Branch Baptist Church. Reverend Richard Clark and Reverend Buddy Amerson will officiate, with Mr. Howard Germany and Mrs. Gloria Tyner Bunn delivering special remarks. She will be laid to rest beside her late husband in the church cemetery. The family will be receiving friends Friday evening, from 5:30 - 7:30 at Norton Funeral Home
