In 1976, the average supermarket carried 9,000 items.
Today? Around 30,000.
We have more choices, more stuff, more noise—
and yet we’re still not content.
Like the rich man in Luke 12, we keep saying,
“If I can just build a little bigger barn, then I’ll relax.”
But tomorrow is promised to no one.
Contentment isn’t something we find “someday” when life finally settles down.
It’s something we learn today in Christ.
You don’t need a bigger barn.
You need a bigger view of Jesus.
