We believe that salvation from sin is a gift of God made available to us by grace through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, who is the Word of God made incarnated, the only and all-sufficient Savior, and only mediator between God and man. (John 1-2, 14; John 14:6; Acts 2:21; Romans 10:9; Ephesians 2:8; I Timothy 2:5)
♦ We believe that all sin and fall short of the glory of God, and sin separates us from God. Because no one is perfect but God, repentance to God is necessary for every believer for the forgiveness of sin. (Romans 3:23; Ephesians 1:7; I John 1:7-10)
♦ We believe that we are regenerated by the indwelling of the Holy Ghost, who transforms us into the likeness of Christ and enables us to live righteously according to the Word of God. (Acts 1:8; Romans 12:1-2; I Corinthians 6:19-20; Ephesians 4:24-32)
♦ We believe that Jesus came to this world so that, through His redemptive work, salvation, healing, deliverance, and life everlasting could be available to every believer. (Isaiah 53:5; John 10:9-10; John 3:16-17; John 8:32)
♦ We believe in the second coming of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ as prescribed in the Holy Scriptures and await the promise made to us at His return. (I Thessalonians 4:16-18; II Peter 3:8-14; Revelations 22:12)
♦ We believe in baptism, both of water and of the Spirit – water baptism by immersion for the remission of sin and baptism of the Holy Ghost to empower us to live a life separated from sin. (Matthew 3:11; Matthew 28:19; John 3:5; Acts 1:8)
♦ We believe that God has invested in us time, talent, and treasure that we are to be good stewards over and dedicate to advancing the kingdom of God. We believe that giving these resources through faith and obedience with a grateful heart is a form of worship unto God. (Proverbs 3:9; Malachi 3:7-12; Luke 6:38; I Corinthians 9:7; I Timothy 4:14-16; I Peter 4:10)
♦ We believe that our lives should be reflective of the two most important Christian values – love and service. We believe that through these values, the ministry will be successful in making all of God’s children feel welcome, wanted, and important.
