My name is Aaron Sterling. I am the Sussex County Representative for FCA and also a youth pastor at my local church. My personal story is not an uncommon one, but it is a picture perfect representation of the power of "FCA" and why the Lord called me into this ministry. The most influential person in my life as a young person was my youth pastor and coach. I am the man I am because of him and othe

r men who chose to mentor me and be "fathers" to me. In 2012, God called me into youth ministry. In 2016, God called me into ministry with FCA. The Lord has called me to be the person I needed when I was young. Be like the man who impacted me to the young people in my area. Thank you for your support of me, this ministry, and the athletes and coaches in Sussex County that we are here to engage, encourage, empower, and equip.
