# **FORGIVE US OUR SINS** 💛🙏

Let’s be real… being a Christian isn’t easy 😅. Jesus asks us to do things that go against every human instinct—like admitting we’re messed up AND forgiving the other messed‑up people who hurt us.
But forgiveness is right at the center of Jesus’ teaching… and even built into the Lord’s Prayer.

Jesus didn’t want prayer to be a performance (Matt 6:5). He wanted it to **transform us**—to see God’s holiness, trust His provision, and yes… **forgive** (Matt 6:9–12).
He even emphasized it again afterward (Matt 6:14–15). That’s how important it is.

Jesus taught forgiveness, lived forgiveness, and even offered it from the cross (Lk 23:34). That’s grace in action. ✝️💛

But many of us get stuck when we:
• Won’t admit we’re sinners
• Won’t accept God’s forgiveness
• Won’t forgive others

The way forward?
**Receive grace. Give grace. Live grace.** 🌅

Join us tomorrow. ---

🎥 **LIVE This Sunday — “Daily Bread”**

“One day at a time, sweet Jesus!” On this third Sunday of Lent, we’re focusing on Jesus’ prayer: **“Give us today our daily bread.”** 🍞💜 (Matt 6:9–11)

This simple request draws us into **solidarity with the hungry** (Matt 14:13–16) — and reminds us that while Jesus cares about feeding our bodies, He is even more concerned about **feeding our souls** (Jn 6:26–56)… a teaching many found hard to accept (Jn 6:60–68).

In the wilderness, Satan tempted Jesus to turn stones into bread — an easy shortcut that would bypass dependence on the Father (Matt 4:1–3). But Jesus refused, anchoring Himself in Scripture (Matt 4:4; Deut 8:3).

Through the Lord’s Prayer, Jesus calls us to that same **daily dependence** as we walk through our own wilderness seasons. And in that journey, God nourishes our souls through His word, His people, and prayer.

Because once is never enough…
It truly is **one day at a time, sweet Jesus**. ✨

🎥 **LIVE This Sunday — “Thy Kingdom Come”**
On this second Sunday of Lent, we’re leaning into the simple, heartfelt kind of prayer Jesus taught — not showy, not long‑winded, but sincere and intimate. 🙏💜

Jesus invites us to pray, **“Your kingdom come, Your will be done…”** — a kingdom not of power or politics, but of **love, mercy, service, and transformation**. ✨

This kingdom is near… even *within us*.
Come explore what that means for our lives today.

🙏✨ THE PRAYING JESUS ✨🙏

This Sunday is the first Sunday of Lent, and what better way to begin this season than by looking closely at Jesus at prayer — especially in the words we know as The Lord’s Prayer.

One thing becomes clear in the Gospels:
💬 Jesus LOVED to pray.

You find Him praying…
🌄 In solitary places (Mark 1:35)
⛰️ On the mountainside (Luke 6:12–13)
🏜️ In the desert (Mark 1:12)

And as the cross drew near, His prayers grew even deeper:
💔 “Father, let Your will be done.” (Luke 22:39–44)
❤️ “Father, forgive them.” (Luke 23:34)
✨ “Father, into Your hands I commit My spirit.” (Luke 23:46)

Jesus prayed with a deep, intimate connection to the Father (John 10:30; 14:6–10).
And here’s the amazing part…
👉 He invites us to pray the same way.
Not as strangers.
Not as outsiders.
But as beloved children who can say, “Our Father…” (Matthew 6:9)

And maybe — just maybe — as we pray, we’ll begin to hear God’s voice of love and delight spoken over us too:
💬 “You are My beloved child.” (Mark 1:9–11)

💒 Join us this Sunday as we begin Lent by learning to pray with Jesus.

❓✨ “LORD… WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO?” ✨❓

That’s not just a big faith question — it’s the question.
And today, we’re taking it one step further:
🙏 Lord, what do You want US to do as HP?

In Acts, Paul finds himself on trial for his faith in Jesus. He reminds everyone where he came from —
⚠️ once a persecutor of Christians
➡️ radically transformed by a miracle encounter with Christ
(Acts 20:1–10)

And in the middle of it all, Paul asks a life-changing question:
💬 “What shall I do, Lord?”

Jesus’ answer to that question is just as powerful today:
👣 Serve others.
Not from a place of pride…
Not from power…
But from love — with Jesus Himself as the example
(John 13:1–15)

Yes, the bar is set high.
Yes, it’s challenging.
But sometimes, serving is the only way through to the other side of what God is doing in us and through us. 💥

💒 Join us as we ask the question that changes everything — and discover how Jesus calls us to live it out together.
