House of Deliverance Ministries (HOD) began as a vision that God gave to Greg Andrews. With God’s help and direction, this vision became reality when HOD’s first worship service was held in the conference room at the Econo Lodge Inn in Fairfield, OH on November 30, 2003. In addition to Pastor Greg Andrews, God sent the following founding members to help build this vision: First Lady Julilia Andrew
s, Mother Willie B. Luciana Duncan, Sis. Tonya Chapman, Sis. Sonya Tucker, & Sis. LaToya Chapman. There were 26 souls total in attendance and 14 members joined during that inaugural service. As HOD continued to hold services at the Econo Lodge for almost a year and a half, we continued to grow and reach out to the community with a special emphasis on those traditionally shunned by mainstream society. In April of 2005, God blessed HOD with their first building. HOD held their first service in our own building on April 23, 2005 at 140 Millikin St. in Hamilton, OH. While at the Millikin location, HOD continued to focus on winning souls for Christ with membership now over 100 active members. Under Pastor Andrews leadership, we have been blessed to establish the church and grow the following ministries: Praise & Worship Ministry with a praise team, adult inspirational choir, youth choir, praise dance, concerts, and so much more; Prison Ministry through local correctional facilities, Outreach Ministry through our mission department visiting nursing homes, hospitals, and sick & shut-ins, block parties on the square, fellowship with the community & various churches, community service programs, and providing financial assistance or donations to those in need. As of October 2010, with God’s help, HOD has moved to our second building at 930 Pyramid Hill Blvd in Hamilton, OH. With this much larger facility, we are trusting & believing God to take us to the next level in him and to continue to reach out to many more lives.
