Is there someone whose name keeps coming to your mind?

A grown child?

A grandparent?

Don't wait for the perfect time.
Call them.
Sometimes a five-minute conversation can mean more than we realize.

Take a 10-Minute Walk
You don't have to spend an hour at the gym to do something good for your body.
Try a simple 10-minute walk today.
Walk around the block, through the park, down a country road, or around your yard.
Use the time to breathe deeply, notice God's creation, and talk with Him.
Your body and your mind may both thank you.

You Don't Have to See the Whole Road
Sometimes we want God to show us the entire plan.
Instead, He often gives us enough light for the next step.
If you're facing uncertainty this week, don't become overwhelmed trying to figure out everything at once.
Pray about the next step.
Then take it.
“Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.” — Psalm 119:105

A Day Set Apart
Happy Sabbath from the Guthrie Center Seventh-day Adventist Church!
Today is a day to worship, rest, enjoy God's creation, spend time with people we love, and remember our Creator.

“Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy.” — Exodus 20:8

May your Sabbath be peaceful, joyful, and filled with God's presence.

You Can Put the Week Down Now
The work isn't all finished. The house may not be perfect. Your to-do list probably still has things on it.
That's okay.
God built rest into the rhythm of life.
As the sun sets this evening, allow yourself to stop, breathe, worship, and remember that you are more than what you accomplish.
