We are beyond excited that we were able to come together as a church and make 2 amazing donations. We supported 2 local non-profits that help families and mothers in our community!

Unforsaken Women in Groveland and Minneola, and Lifeโ€™s Choices Lake County! They are on the front lines supporting the people in our communities!

Thank you to everyone who donated and took supplies and made this happen. Check them out here on social and follow their work.

This week we take a journey through Psalms Book 2. What can we glean from the wisdom of the writers and how do we apply it to our hearts? In a world where we constantly need God, in a life full of ups and downs, how do we know He is there? And should we even cry out for rescue, I mean He already knows our WHOLE life, right? This week we answer all those questions and more!

We exist so that all people can see themselves in the Story of God. This is the vision of Story Church, led by Pastor Spencer and Sarah Green and based in Groveland, FL.

Today we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. We are grateful for their sacrifice and pray for the families who carry their memory each day. May we never take for granted the freedoms we have been given.

โ€œGreater love has no one than this: to lay down oneโ€™s life for oneโ€™s friends.โ€ โ€” John 15:13

โ€œThe Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.โ€ โ€” Psalm 34:18

This Memorial Day, may we walk in gratitude, humility, and prayer. ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

Some of the sweetest moments of Sunday happen before service even starts

Tiny footsteps running through the lobby, giggles in Story Kids, coffee conversations, hugs at the door, and a team praying together.

Church is more than a service โ€” itโ€™s a family finding joy in the small moments together. We love watching our Sundays come alive before worship even begins

Ministry Moment! Pentecost Sunday

โ€œSuddenly a sound like a mighty rushing wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. They saw tongues like flames of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them.โ€
- ACTS 2:2โ€“4

Every thirsty soul that ever cried out in the desert, every broken king who ever begged for a clean heart, every nation that ever waited for the promised blessing โ€” Pentecost was God's answer to all of it. Ezekiel had promised a new heart and God's Spirit within (Ezekiel 36:26โ€“27). Jeremiah had foretold a new covenant written on hearts instead of stone (Jeremiah 31:33). And now, at the Feast of Weeks โ€” the very festival that commemorated the giving of the Law at Sinai โ€” the fire and wind returned, but this time the fire came to rest on each of them, and the law was written not on tablets but on human hearts.

The same Spirit that filled that upper room, that turned frightened disciples into world-changers, is not a relic of one morning in Jerusalem. He is alive, He is present, and He is still being poured out. The thirst you feel right now โ€” that ache for more of God, that longing you cannot quite put into words โ€” that is not a sign that God is far away. That is the Spirit drawing you deeper. So don't settle for a Christianity that only remembers the fire. Come thirsty, open your hands, and let Him fill you. Father, You promised to pour out Your Spirit on all flesh. Fill every dry place. Let the wind move. Let the fire rest. We don't want to leave here the same way we came. In Jesus' name. Amen.
