Have you ever wondered why you are where you are? I have a favorite Bible verse that I remind myself of when I ponder that question…Esther 4:14. You will need to read all of Esther to get the gist of her situation, but it all leads to this…God has you right where you are supposed to be at any particular time. Rest in that assurance and be what God wants you to be right where you are.

Habakkuk is so often an overlooked book in the Bible. We were looking at it in Sunday School yesterday and Chapter 3 really spoke to me. Take a moment to read it today. So, so much is going on in Habakkuk’s life, but then you come to verses 18-19…despite it all, he chooses to rejoice in the Lord, and be joyful in God his Savior. He then receives strength and the assurance that although the path gets rocky, God has equipped him for the journey. As OUR Lord and Savior, He will do the same for us. REJOICE and BE JOYFUL!

Wildwood congregation has been so blessed in the month of June. God brought some through surgeries, some through the loss of loved ones and some through just day to day challenges. I look around and I have to say “Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised”!
