Our Middle School Ministry (MSM) is guaranteed to bring tons of laughter, fun, and memories! There are 2 different ways for any student in grades 6-8 to connect;

- MS Hangout | Friday’s from 6:30-8:30pm | $2 | Waiver needed on our website. We meet at The Gathering Place from 6:30-8:30pm for games, tournaments, and concessions.

- MS Connect | Sunday’s from 11am-12:15pm | Community Ch

urch of Greenwood - This is where students will get connected to a small group and grow through a Jesus-centered message. Our High School Ministry (HSM) is guaranteed to bring tons of laughter, fun, and memories! There are 2 different ways for any student in grades 9-12 to connect:

- HS Connect | Sunday’s from 6pm-7:30pm (5:30 Open Gym) | The Gathering Place - We meet at The Gathering Place for tournaments, games, pizza, and small groups.

- HS Discipleship Group | Tuesday’s from 6-7:30pm | Address on our website - This is where students will explore scripture on a deeper level to help make their faith their own.

We’re jumping into a brand-new series called HONEST TO GOD. It’s a series intentionally focused on prayer, and we’ll be talking about what it looks like to bring our real questions, real doubts, real struggles, and real lives to God.

And 👀 we’ve got a few special things waiting for each of you as we lean into this series together.

We’ve missed you. We’re ready to be back. And we can’t wait to see what God does as we jump into this together.

A quick Sunday reminder! 📣

Tomorrow is Family Sunday at CCG! Join us for worship at either 9:30 or 11:00 AM. Recharge is on hiatus for Labor Day weekend, and all Student Ministry programming will return on September 13.

And Squad Wars champions… your championship canvas has officially arrived! 🏆 It will be hanging in the Student Center when you return next September 13!

We can’t wait to be back with you soon! 💛

THREE. MORE. DAYS. Squad Wars 2026 is almost here 🏆🎉

Squad Wars is taking over Recharge THIS Sunday!

All 6th-12th grade students are invited to join us from 3:00-5:00 PM for an afternoon of team competitions, games, and a whole lot of fun!

TEAM COLORS:
🔴 Middle School Girls: RED
🟢 Middle School Boys: GREEN
🟡 High School Girls: YELLOW
🔵 High School Boys: BLUE

Wear your team color and come ready to compete! We’ll provide a team bandana for every student when they arrive.

And a very important reminder: wear clothes AND shoes that can get messy! We have a few competitions planned where getting a little dirty is part of the fun, so this is definitely not the day for the brand-new shoes.

We’ll play rain or shine and only postpone for thunderstorms. No registration needed. Just show up!

We can’t wait to jump into some extra fun together this weekend!

Come ready to compete, get messy, earn points for your squad, and fight for the ultimate prize: the Squad Wars trophy and a year of bragging rights! 🏆

📅 Sunday, August 30 ⏰ 3:00–5:00 PM 📍 Student Ministry | Grades 6–12

Wear clothes and shoes you are completely okay getting messy. We’re playing rain or shine unless there are thunderstorms.

No registration. Just show up, bring your friends, wear your squad color, and COME READY TO WIN. We’ll provide the team bandanas and face paint.

🏆 SQUAD WARS IS LESS THAN TWO WEEKS AWAY! 🏆

The Squad Wars trophy is officially sitting in Jess’s office, waiting for its Fall 2026 home.

So… which squad is taking it?

🔴 Middle School Girls

🔵 High School Boys

SUNDAY, AUGUST 30 | RECHARGE | 3–5 PM

Squad Wars is our Survivor-style competition packed with challenges, teamwork, mind games, and plenty of opportunities to get MESSY.

🔥 WEAR YOUR SQUAD COLOR. Go all in. The more color, the better.

💦 COME READY TO GET MESSY. Wear clothes and shoes that can get wet, dirty, stained, or otherwise sacrificed for the good of your squad.

🌧️ RAIN OR SHINE. We’re playing outside! We’ll only change plans if thunderstorms make it unsafe.

🚪 CHECK IN LIKE NORMAL. Doors open at 2:50 PM.

🙌 NO REGISTRATION NEEDED. Just show up and bring your friends!

For now, the trophy belongs to Jess’s office.
