Yesterday was the last day in our Preschool for our big kids starting Kindergarten this fall. So we had a celebration breakfast! Each child received a Bible that they can bring upstairs to Kids Church. We will miss them all so very much!

We also said farewell to Mrs. Jaymee who has been Preschool Co-Minister for the past 5 years. It will certainly not be the same without her! Thank you, Mrs. Jaymee, for all you have done and the love your have poured into these children over the years!

But, on to new adventures we go! We are praying for your children and families as you transition this school year!

Joshua 1:9 ‘Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.’

This morning during Fifth Sunday Funday, Mr. Wayne Schulte surprised our preschoolers by bringing his trike and telling us how he uses it to tell people about Jesus with the Christian Motorcycles Association. We have learned this month how Jesus Cares for Everyone and this was a great lesson on how we can use things we love to help other people learn about God!

Hi FBC Family!

This is just a friendly reminder that the new security changes for the Nursery, First Tots, and Preschool areas will go into effect THIS SUNDAY, March 1!

When bringing your child into the nursery or preschool, please enter through the nursery doors in the courtyard as the double doors going directly into the pre-k lobby are now exits only and will remain locked. Babies in nursery will check in with Paige while preschoolers can continue down the hallway to check in with Jaymee or Christy. If your child is in First Tots, please walk outside down the breezeway and enter into your building as normal to check in with Katie.

We understand this is a big change for some of you, but we are doing everything we can to keep our ministry buildings safe and secure for your little ones on Sundays and Wednesdays! Thanks so much for your cooperation and trust in us to care for our littlest blessings. ✝️

No Wednesday night activities tomorrow 1/28!

Due to inclement weather, Wednesday night ministries and the Wednesday meal are canceled on January 28th. The church offices will also be closed. We look forward to seeing everyone on Sunday morning!

We DO have Wednesday night services this evening. However, in an abundance of caution, THIS Sunday we will move to online services only. Stay warm!

We are looking forward to Wednesday Ministries TONIGHT! However, due to the severe weather predictions, all ministries and activities on Saturday and Sunday, Jan. 24 & 25, are cancelled (D3 Basketball and Cheer, Sunday morning in-person services or meetings, and all other church campus activities).

As of now, the Friday evening Men's Ministry Event is still happening, but we will give an update tomorrow, and D3 rescheduling options are being considered. We plan to post a sermon on the church's website for Sunday morning and will communicate how you can view that. Also, the church offices will follow Greenwood School closures.
