Today, the Old Jerusalem MB Church Family pauses to honor the life and legacy of Deacon Joseph Edwards — affectionately known as “Deacon Edwards” or casually known as “Mr. Old Jerusalem.”

A faithful servant, a humble leader, and a true pillar of our church, Deacon Edwards leaves behind a legacy of faith, service, love, and dedication that will never be forgotten.

Though our hearts are heavy, we thank God for the many years He allowed us to share with him.
