Food For Thought 💭
We as being Saints, sons and daughters of God tend to seek approval from one another and other people.
And that approval does not always correspond with the approval of God and the word of God.
Seeking the approval of MAN sometimes causes us to stray away from the will of God!
2 Timothy 2:15 KJV states "Study to show thyself approved unto God." Not man! Dedicating yourself to understanding and living out your faith so that your life and actions that meet God standards rather than seeking human praise.
Isaiah 55:8-9 KJV
8 “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.
9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.”
Ephesians 6:10-12 KJV
10 “Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”
