DCCW Announces (Diocesan Council of Catholic Women) ….

In celebration of the 65th year anniversary, there will be a Mass on Thursday, September 24th at Christ Our Shepherd Center, 2900 Seminary Drive, Greensburg. Prayers start at 5:30 p.m, with Rosary for Priests and Mass follows at 6:00 p.m. in St. Joseph’s Chapel with Bishop Larry Kulick as the celebrant. Hors d’oeuvres and refreshments will be served afterwards. No fee but reservations are needed by Thursday, September 17. Please call Millie Krinock 724-539-2064 or Betty Nemchik 724-668-7436.

The Magnificat Region 6 Retreat being held at St Emma's the weekend of Sept 18-20 is now open to all Magnificat sisters. Currently there are 6 openings to stay at St. Emma's, and you are also welcome to commute.

All members of Magnificat Greensburg are invited to join in praying the rosary and fasting, if possible, on the 19th of every month, which is the Greensburg Chapter’s designated day for the Rosary Blanket of Prayer.

The intentions for this prayer effort include A “New Pentecost,” the Church, Magnificat, Sanctity of Life, Family, Our Country, and World Peace. Participants are urged to pray with great confidence based upon the goodness and infinite generosity of God and upon the promises of Jesus Christ.

Blessed Mother fountain of love touch our spirits from above, make our hearts like unto thine. Bring us to the love of the Heart of Jesus!

Together let us Magnify the Lord!
