Meet Pastor Lee!

This year we’re celebrating 10 years of Lee Brown serving on staff at Arrowhead!

Lee felt called into ministry in the summer of 1998, and one of his favorite parts of serving at Arrowhead is working alongside a team that is passionate about helping people know and walk with Jesus.

He describes himself as sarcastic, serious and silly and fun fact he used to be a cowboy…..well kind of… haha

When he’s not at church you’ll likely find him spending time outdoors with his family or out on a motorcycle ride if he could travel anywhere, he’d choose the Netherlands.

He’s fueled by vanilla lattes, coffee with Snickers creamer, and pretty much any free food lately.

He’s been listening to “Good Plans/ Doxology” by Red Rocks Worship and reading George Mueller: Delighted in God.

One verse that has shaped his life and ministry is Romans 1:16 “for I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes.”

The next time you see Lee be sure to congratulate him on 10 years at Arrowhead and thank him for the way he’s faithfully serves our church family.

So often we think protection means being spared from hardship, sickness, financial loss, or suffering. But the greatest danger we face is our sin.

The good news of the gospel is that Jesus came to save sinners. He lived the life we could never live, died the death we deserved, rose again in victory, and now intercedes for His people at the right hand of the Father.

Our ultimate protection isn’t found in escaping every earthly trial. It’s found in being rescued from the eternal consequences of sin through faith in Christ.

“She will bear a son, and you shall call his name Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭1‬:‭21‬ ‭
