Bishop Fernandes is asking all parishes to conduct a 2nd collection on the weekend of August 29-30 for the Diocese of Columbus Spirit of Hope Disaster Response Fund. 100% of all money raised will be used to support the work of parishes in the affected areas and to organizations like Catholic Social Services and local St. Vincent de Paul conferences which are providing relief. Checks should be made out to the parish, with “SPIRIT OF HOPE” in the memo line. You can also give online, at https://dioceseofcolumbus.org/spirit-of-hope-disaster-fund

We had a great start to our Youth Ministry year at St. Edward, and we're looking forward to our next event! Join us for our next Youth Night on August 30 to learn more about prayer, and to experience some different ways to pray. We'll have food, music, games, and great conversation. Come as you are, and bring a friend!
