Wonders of our God!

Last week, Peace Lutheran Church - Grand Island, NE had their VBS and it was an amazing journey! The kids learned about how patient and loving God is; how He is always with us; how He helps guide us on our path and how He loved us so much He sent His son to die on a cross for us so that we can live eternally in Heaven with Him! What an Awesome God! ✝️

It was a week of singing and dancing, crafts, stories and most of all God’s Love! ❤️

As for me, I got to soak it all in and got lots of hugs! My favorite! 💙🐾

Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends." — John 15:13 ✝️

Just as Jesus laid down his life to free us from our sins, today we honor and remember those who fought for our freedom.

And a picture with some of our local hero’s that fight for safety in our communities!

Thank you God for all the brave women and men that lay down their lives for others. Thank you God for the life, death and resurection of Jesus Christ!

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God. 2 Corinthians 1:3-4✝️
