Pastor Dave Mros completed his degree at Palmetto Baptist Temple Bible Institute. He and his wife Kathy have served faithfully at HBC for the past 12 years. Pastor Mros is a retired US Army Captain serving 20 years in the US military. Following his military retirement, Pastor & Mrs Mros served 8 years as foreign missionaries with BIMI, church planting and ministering to US service men & women and their families in Heidelberg Germany. Hico Baptist is a mission minded church, currently supporting 32 foreign and US missionaries based on the great commission "Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature" Mark 16:15 KJV
Along with seeking a friendly, God honoring place to worship, Hico offers other activities with opportunities to serve that include, Junior church, King's Kids & Flyer's club, annual VBS, puppet ministry, infant nursery, men's prayer breakfast, women's fellowships, church wide fellowships, community visitation, annual Christmas live nativity, and much, much more.
